Steve’s legal career spans over thirty years, during which he has consistently demonstrated an ability to handle multiple complex and high-stakes matters. His areas of expertise includes biotechnology, healthcare, civil and criminal litigation, among a host of others. Steve was the co-founder of a New York Stock Exchange listed company, which sold for approximately $2 billion. Steve brings with him experience in general legal and compliance matters, negotiation of settlements and transactions, and implementation of general best practices for workplaces.

Steve previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County, having worked in the Supreme Court Trial Division for four years. He then went on to open his own practice and worked on a diverse caseload of New York State civil and criminal matters and federal criminal defense matters throughout the United States.

Steve’s extensive experiences in various fields in both the private and public sectors allow him to provide strategic insight on how to tackle a case, and in turn, successfully advocate for his clients.

Steve received his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and his B.A. from Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel. In addition to English, he speaks Hebrew.

Chris Thorn, a Certified Public Accountant, is a highly accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience working with individual clients, small businesses and multi-billion-dollar global enterprises, developing and implementing financial processes and preparation of financial statements.

Chris was previously the chief financial officer of several publicly and privately held multi-national corporations before he decided to devote his past experiences to helping and advising members of local communities. In Chris’ prior positions he oversaw the finance and accounting departments of worldwide operations, drafted SEC compliant financial statements and worked to redomicile US companies abroad.

Throughout his career, Chris has shown his ability to leverage both technical accounting knowledge and operational experience to enhance company operations and contribute to the development of corporate strategies. He has successfully led fundraising efforts, managed cash positions, and been the primary liaison for institutional debt syndicates.

Chris received his M.B.A and B.Sc. from St. John’s University. In addition to English, Chris speaks Polish.

Rachel has honed her desire to provide the community with efficient, reliable and candid legal assistance by spending the last three years as an Accredited Representative under the Department of Justice’s Recognition and Accreditation Program. Rachel has successfully represented over three-hundred clients in all types of immigration matters. She has worked on family-based cases, such as adjustment of status, as well as humanitarian-based cases, such as VAWA and TPS.

Rachel received her B.A. in Spanish at Oregon State University. In addition to English, Rachel is fluent in Korean and Spanish.
